Japan wifi offered me a compact wifi with extra battery (even I didn’t have to use the extra one). It was a small and easy to use, so I could carried it around.

Very good, reliable. Only negative was the extra battery pack and cable didn’t work.

I have used this before on previous trips to Japan and this time as there was the whole family, 2adults 3 teenagers, it was a no brainer having access to WiFi when needed instantly for all. No complaints . I also took the translator offer in addition and it works better than Google.Very handy it was.

I had the most amazing time back home in Japan throughout the entire month I was there thanks to the seamless wifi data I had in hand, even when there were a couple of mishaps Japan Wireless was quick to respond and offer solutions. Highly recommend!!

Our experience with Japan Wireless was outstanding. The device was waiting for us to collect at our hotel the night we landed. The device was small and compact. We had 4 people streaming off the device over our 2 week holiday and had no problems. We rarely needed the extra battery (only needed when we forgot to charge overnight). The envelope provided to return the device at the airport when leaving made it incredibly easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Japan Wireless again!
