Pocket Wifi was delivered to the hotel without any problems and the equipment was easy to setup and worked flawlessly.

We had an excellent experience with Japan Wireless during our visit to Japan. The pick up and drop off arrangements worked seamlessly and we were hugely grateful for constant access to data while we travelled in Japan. I don't think we would have managed to be in the right place at the right time without it!

We went all over Japan and having this wifi was excellent. Came with everything including a battery pack. It’s definitely an essential item when travelling.

A bit difficult to locate the pick-up point at Narita on arrival, and although the instructions said NO HELP would be provided if the hirer encountered problems pairing the mobile Wi-Fi upon arrival, I was blessed with a very helpful young woman who assisted me. Once underway the device was a delight. I had coverage practically everywhere I drove on Honshu, and there would always be about 50% charge left at the end of a long days drive. Once at the destination, after an hour or so, the mobile unit would be fully charged again, ready for next day. Without the mobile Wi-Fi my drive around the perimeter of Honshu would have been extremely difficult, - maybe impossible. The mobile Wi-Fi is a superb device.
