This pocket WiFi is great during I was in Japan an travelled in Toyama, Yamanashi, Tokyo.
It’s easy to pick up at Narita airport and drop to post box anywhere in Jan. I will select this next time for sure and highly recommend for anyone traveling in Jan.

I have used this company a couple of times now for renting pocket WiFi while traveling in Japan. The communication is comprehensive and clear, the rental pick up and return is made easy and I highly recommend their service!

Easy pick up at Narita airport and easy to get started. When we got of the bus in Tokyo 2 hours later there was no more battery - we did expect that it would be fully charged when we received it. A few times we lost the connection to the wifi - then we just had to turn it on again and connect to it.

Very happy with this provider. The internet worked everywhere we went, from Hiroshima to Uji, Saitama and underground. Very good quality for value.

I have been using this service for a few years now every time I travel to Japan. This time I had the new model and I noticed that it performed less well than the previous model which had a longer battery life and a better signal level, with the same contract. In any case, the overall service is excellent with the possibility of convenient delivery to the hotel. I will use this service again next time.
