Easy and convenient to use.

Renting the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was the best thing I did for my recent trip to Japan. We were there for a week and the wifi never failed us it was perfect and the price was reasonable as well. I had it delivered to my hotel and just popped it in the post when we were leaving

Excellent signal whenever and wherever!

Wifi worked well while in Japan and we had 4 people connecting all the time. Battery lasted a long time and we didn't need to use the spare battery that comes with it.

Very pleased with choosing Japan Wireless for this service. The package conveniently arrived at my hotel for my use that day.
Throughout my stay in Japan I had no issues whatsoever with connectivity and I appreciate that the device was unobtrusive and fit perfectly in my shoulder bag.
After I was finished using it all, the entire package was placed into the prepaid envelope and dropped off at the local post office without a worry!

Will DEFINITELY be using this product again in the future!

The process to purchase, pick up, use, and return the portable Wi-Fi was great and easy. The signal was pretty consistent and rarely didn't work. Sometimes it didn't work on bullet trains, but overall it was definitely a needed item for our trip.

This is the third time I've used this service and I think it's perfect. It is very convenient to receive it at the hotel upon our arrival and the network reception is very good
