the pocket wi-fi was very useful during our trip to see trains schedules and directions to multiple sites. we had a problem with the first pocket wi-fi it was not charging, i sent an email to the company and they replaced immediately by sending a new one to my hotel. good service.

Impeccable service. The wifi was delivered excatly as booked. It was easy to set, add devices and recharge. The battery lasted the whole day, though I was on live google maps most the time. It is a small box, no issue for a handbag. Just in case, it comes with a powerbank. The connection was fast and reliable. I also appreciated the enclosed return envelope in which you can send the wifi back. You can use a normal mailbox, which is more than convenient, because there always is one nearby. All in all, great experience!

easy pickup/return. The service work well from Hiroshima to Osaka to Kyoto to Tokyo. We had upwards of 6 users attached to the device without any issues.

Ordered the pocket WiFi prior to arriving in Japan and the package sent to the hotel and is brought to me during the hotel check in. Battery life is good for a full day and although there is a backup power bank included, I never needed to use it. Returning it was easy too. Just leave everything in the given bag and envelope and just post it back at the airport. Simple as that.

Very efficient and useful process

We cannot imagine how difficult would be our trip without internet access the whole time. The pocket WiFi was perfect and extremely useful!

I’ve used Japan wireles both times I’ve travelled to Japan for about 2.5 weeks each time, and whilst it isn’t the cheapest option out there, it has been incredibly reliable and the battery life lasts a long time. Very happy with the service and would do it again.

Easy to transact and use the device

The portable WiFi worked without any problems under our 2 weeks in Japan. We ordered it to the hotell and leaved it at the Haneda Airport and it worked perfect.
