Highly recommend Japan Wireless for pocket wifi whilst travelling in Japan. We used the premium product to get high speed, reliable wifi for our family of 5 throughout a 3 week holiday in Japan (supports up to 10 simultaneous device connections). The pocket device is nice and small, easy to use, charges quickly, and also comes with it's own portable powerbank. Instructions are easy to follow and pre-ordering to have the device delivered to our hotel for our arrival was simple and seamless. Dropping the device off before leaving Japan in a post box was also super simple with the pre-paid and pre-addressed envelope that was provided. Would use again without hesitation.

We recently spent two weeks in Japan. Order this portable wifi before we left home. Pick up from Osaka Kansai was easy, drop off was equally so. We had four devices set up to it and didn't have any issues with speed. Only negative was once or twice we had someone 'drop off' the network and not be able to get back on. Restarted the device and the problem was resolved. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling around Japan.
