It was do easy to pick up drop off and use

The portable Wi-Fi was essential for our Japan trip. Without it, I would not have been able to navigate my way through Tokyo. I highly recommend this service and will use it again the next time I visit Japan.

It was so easy to pick them up. And the service of the wifi was so great all day long and all through out our journey in Japan. Highly recommended and we'll use it again.

The devices were waiting for us at our hotel since we had a late flight. We ordered two packs since we had our two teens with us. We set them up to automatically connect to both of them, so sometimes one would go to sleep if we were all connected to the other one pack. We were only in Tokyo, Narita and Chiba, so I don'tknow how well it works outside of those areas. Occasionally the battery would die by the end of the day, but they include a battery pack. The battery pack was nice to have but didn't have a long charge. We will absolutely rent from Japan wireless when we are in Japan again!

Never had a problem with Japan Wireless

We used it last year also but this year, I noticed the battery lasted longer. May be because it was a newer model? It was delivered to our first hotel and I dropped it off in the mail box at the airport, very easy. We will rent it again next year.

Was able to use it throughout my trip without encountering any issues. Highly recommended!

At Narita airport , place as very difficult to find. February was much better.Plug when charging turn very hot. I used mine. It happened often.
