Just good things to say about Japan Wireless: good delivery service (had it delivered to my hotel) and so convenient that you can return via envelope/mail, all equipment working perfectly and no issues with signal. Always stable and fast. Sent some emails to Customer Service and they were always super quick, nice and answered all questions in an objective way.
Will for sure use again!

This was my second time using this service worked great while I was in Japan .

I rented a hotspot for a one month trip to Japan. It worked flawlessly the entire time. It was easy to carry around and lasted the entire day out for our adventures after being charged in the evening. A perfect solution to our needs at a reasonable price. Pick up at the airport was super simple and return via post box at the airport couldn’t be easier. I highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we used Japan Wireless. The first was in Tokyo and gadgets were delivered in our Ginza hotel and we dropped it in Narita airport.
2nd was they delivered in Osaka and we used in Nagoya, Takayama, Shirakawago and Tokyo. The service was perfect signal was great for the whole 2 weeks. We dropped gadgets in Haneda with no problems.
