Great product; easy to use

It has been my 2nd time renting the portable wifi now and it has been a pleasant experience for me as it was easy and a no nonsense rent, the wifi was clear and usable and the battery life was excellent the second time probably because it was a newer version. Overall I had a wonderful experience with them! :)

I got the 2 unlimited data hot spot. We did not get slowed down at all. I have 2 kids on iPads and we didn’t get slowed down. Only time the connection was bad is when we went to universal studios,Disney sea and shinkansen. Which is understandable for the people in the parks and connecting while traveling 100 plus miles a hour. The device was bigger than I expected but small enough to pocket. Pick up was great. Drop off was great.

I used this device for 3 weeks and it worked efficiently everywhere, even in the mountain. Never had to use the battery bank. Highly recommended

First time travel to Japan and after doing plenty research I could honestly say I made the right choice. Not only was I able to connect to several devices with one box but I never had any connection issues. The check in process to receive your equipment is super easy and the drop off location was conveniently located in Haneda Airport. I’m planning another trip and will definitely book to have this portable WiFi next time. Only thing is the portable charger didn’t work for me but wasn’t an issue since I had taken a couple portable chargers for that reason. If you’re looking for portable WiFi for your trip, look no more!
