Everthing works well

Used this extensively to connect the family devices while on the move in Japan. Yes wifi is available in many restaurants and hotels, but the ease of being connected on the go (at reasonable cost) can't be beaten. Great for when you need internet for directions and translations.

This pocket WiFi was perfect for my 3 week trip to Japan. Very convenient for me, wasn’t able to get a SIM card or e sim because my phone is locked, so the pocket WiFi was the way to go. Good size to carry around, just need to keep plug and charging cable if you need to keep it on all day. Would definitely use again when back in the country.

It was easy to use, connected mostly anywhere, and the customer service was great! Third time using, perfect as usual!

Delivery to the hotel worked perfectly. The rechargeable battery was almost holding up to 24 hours. And the bandwith was always fuily available.
And finally returning by dropping the device within the prepared envelope into any post box worked without flaws, too.
It was overall an excellent experience and I can highly recommend Japan Wirleless.
