this wifi device was a game changer for my stay in Japan!
being able to access all my apps, train schedules, food reviews, phone calls, texting etc was very comforting, and made my stay much easier!

I have used this company numerous times over the years. I get my device couriered to my first hotel and then pop it in the prepaid satchel at the airport on my way home. Amazing coverage, service and I highly recommend to others travelling to Japan.

This process was seamless! I stayed at an Air B&B, so they couldn't deliver there since there was no reception desk. However, I was able to easily find the post office and pick it up there with no issues. I recommend taking screenshots of all of the emails they send with pickup instructions and saving them as photos, since you won't have WiFi just yet, so you can show it to the post office employees. That helped immensely.

I was somewhat worried about finding the post office bin to drop it in at the airport, but that was easy as well. Very easy to find and no problems whatsoever.

I appreciated that they included a charging cord (although a full charge literally lasted all day and then some...but I recharged overnight each night to be safe).

They also included a battery pack just in case, which was handy to have, although I never ended up needing it.

The whole process was seamless and well worth it. Highly, highly recommend. I will ALWAYS get this when I visit Japan going forward.

This is the third time I've used this Wi-Fi router on holiday, and I would certainly do it again.

Internet connection was reliable and fast everywhere we went - including subway stations! Super helpful to have when getting around in Japan and not have to pay you international fees/service charges from your home provider. The only part that was slightly confusing was the pickup at KIX airport, the pickup spot is outside of the terminal by the train station - it’s actually the registration desk at a hotel there. We found this to be confusing and delayed our departure by about 30 minutes because we couldn’t find it.

The Wifi was really easy to use and was extremely useful! It worked at all times and allowed for ease of internet in busy times. Would definitely get again!

The service was very good. Didn’t even lose reception. And it lasted for a very long time. The only thing is that it gets hot sometimes. Other that that it’s very good
