Pickup of the package (device, cable, quick charge battery) was quick from the Narita airport counter. Usage was intuitive. Although, WiFi seemed to be available everywhere, we used it during our train travel. I only had to reboot it once. Return was even easier. I appreciated that a Return envelope postage paid was provided. All I had to do was drop it off at the postal counter back at the airport. I would surely rent this again on our next trip to Japan.
