Had no issues. This is the second time I’ve used Japan Wireless during my travel to Japan. Great internet speeds and connectivity. Devices arrives without issue to the hostel I was staying at.

I had the best vacation in japan and it would not have been possible with the reliability and easy usage of this product.

At first I thought to use it only when my network was slow during my trip. However, it was far superior to even the wifi from a 4 star hotel that I kept it on the rest of the trip for myself & my travel companions. Best decision I ever made.

Despite an initial problem on the first day we were very happy with this product. It was very reliable with a good signal throughout our trip even in relatively isolated areas. We only needed to use the backup battery on one occasion (at the end of a long day). Delivery and return processes easy and efficient.

This Wifi was amazing and gave us no issues. Battery life was really good and the extra battery pack was only needed a handful of times. Great customer service and simple to use. I would highly recommend this

I liked the product. It did exactly what was supposed to do. We were in Kyoto and Tokyo. The battery life was good and free extra battery helps too.

I love this product! I used it for my travels around Japan for 21 days. It was totally worth it. The battery life is incredible! Super simple to use, just one button for on/off and easy to charge. The wifi speed is super fast too! I used google maps a lot and it worked like a dream. Thank you!!

Overall it was a good deal. Relatively cheap option and generally worked well. I had some reliability issues with mine and had to restart it a few times, and my friend using the same company also had similar issues. Also, the battery doesn't last long enough, and you should bring the charger everywhere. Still, overall it was a good deal.

As a tourist, this WiFi was a saviour, keeping us in touch, allowing us to upload photos and more, but most importantly, being able to access Google Maps all any time to find hotels and heritage sites, even on the subway, which saved us constantly getting lost. The service itself was fantastic, efficient, good quality and easy to use. Would use again without hesitation.
