The wireless router is very convinient to carry with. And the spare battery is a really good backup. Our trip in Japan is wonderful with the support of the access to internet via Wi-Fi.

Being able to use google maps and be able to time all the public transport and use google translate for any difficult situations makes this a must. And the price for quick, reliable and unlimited internet is amazing. Would definitely use again!!

We were delighted with the reliability of the Japan Wireless wifi. It was delivered to our hotel on time and we connected four devices. Two couples shared the device and we stayed connected, even when we were in adjoining hotel rooms.

I have just returned from Japan and found this WiFi device much better than a sim card replacement for you phone. As a family travelling, the two kids wanted to keep their ipads connected as well as the wife's phone. This Wifi device allows up to 5 devices to be connected at the same time. Unlimited data was perfect. The only problme is that i cleared custons in tokyo and still have the Wifi device in my bag. I will need to post from Australia when i get home. Hopefully this company will be understanding. They need to send a reminder email the day before your plan ends as a reminder. It was so hectic on thelast day leaving. BEST Wifi i can recommend with execellent coverage since we visited Aomori and iwate prefecture. This wifi was more superior than the hotel or the Shinkansen free WiFi.

We used the Wireless Premium Wi-Fi already for the second time and we were very happy with it. We had during our 15 day trip once a small issue, which we were able to solve with the very good instruction delivered with the device.

We have used this service before, and will use it again when we are in Japan again.

This is my "many" times come Japan and i never wanna try other wireless rental for my worry. So let the Japan-wireless team help you and they solved the problem effectively even sometimes cause of the delay or closed day but they responsible even to refund the day i didn't use for the wifi.
The wifi also works well everywhere and easy pick up and sending back .

Thank you to all of the team at Japan wireless for fulfilling our requirements; ready to go when we checked in at our hotel - we connected with no issues - traveled from Tokyo to Miyajima using wireless every day - no lost connection even when using the back roads.
