My wife and I ordered this service on our recent trip to Japan.
It worked flawlessly and their service was excellent.
We booked it in Tokyo, and they delivered it to our Kyoto hotel for a very reasonable 500 yen.
This is a fantastic service and the unit is very light and portable with excellent battery life.

Ordering, pickup, and return were all super easy. The pocket wi-fi worked great during my entire trip and kept me connected. Battery life was excellent, as well.

WiFi was waiting at hotel as directed. One day in the middle of my trip it over heated and I realized I did not have connection for about 1-2 hours. After rebooting, it worked well. Wifi lasted all day, except for one out of my 9 days. Overall I was very satisfied. I am finding that this place may be more expensive than others but would rent from them again since I know they are reliable.

Very happy with the WiFi it has signal everywhere and was very easy to use. The extra battery they gave was a huge help. Just remember to drop it off before you go through the airport terminal!!!!

We carried our Japan Wireless portable hotspot during our 10 day trip in Japan. We went to Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya and Nara (among other places). There were NO issues in any locations with connectivity. I had seven people connected at all times. The fees are extremely reasonable, service is impeccable. I highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay connected in Japan, especially those from the U.S.

This product was wonderful and I never have any issues with it what so ever. The battery on the device lasted a full day each trip. The backup battery was handy and I really only used it to charge my phone. I highly recommend this product. I had it for 14 days with zero issues.

It a must when travel in Japan, no issues, just don't forget to return before pass security gate at airport, we learned hard lesson, other than that it's perfect.
