It was my first time to rent, but the process to get it was very easy. I had a little trouble getting the order confirmation and made me nervous. Other than that, the unit was delivered to me in great shape and custermer service was great when i contacted them. I thought the price was reasonable and loved the unlimited data. It was nice that I don't have to worry that I might go over the limit and cost me more fees. Returning was even easier!! Just dropped it off at mailbox near I stayed :) I'm sure I would use it again on my next trip!!

I use Japan Wireless everytime I'm here in Japan, and this has been my 5th trip so far (2014, 2015, 2016, 2019 Jul, 2019 Aug) and I absolutely love the product because it's fast and reliable.

Japan wireless provides a very efficient pocket wifi access to travellers in Japan.
All in all the experience was excellent, the pocket wifi is very easy to use, accessible to several terminals such as mobile ohones or computers.
The administrative part is also made very easy to collect on arrival at an airport post office and to return by mail using the envelope provided for. In conclusion we will definitely use it again
