I had rented the WiFi box for a long stay in Japan. Unfortunately, due to the spread of Coronavirus, I was forced to cancel my trip 24h before flying. Japan Wireless were extremely friendly, understood the situation and refunded me the whole amount paid for the rental despite the very short notice. I will surely rent the device from them, when my trip to Japan is again possible. Thanks guys!

Our company has now used the Japan Wireless Premium rented WIFI service a number of times. The equipment has always arrived at the required delivery place exactly on time and has always worked with good connection speed exactly as advertised. Returning the equipment in the prepaid courier envelopes is also hassle-free. Very good service and product.

Everything was easy. Ordering on-line, pick up at airport post-office, daily use during our stay in Japan, returning it by dropping it of at a postbox in the airport. Next time I will do the same.
