Great service in all aspects. Connection never down or weak in Kyoto. I made a mistake in choosing point of pick up and customer service responded to my email with the adjusted pick up point in less than 12 hours.
No hassle in picking up and returning modem.
The power plug (with 2 USB ports) to charge modem is very useful to charge my phone as well as I forgot to bring adapter.
After modem that I returned by mail was received I got an email to confirm the return. Much appreciated!

Japan wireless had good reviews on the net so I decided to try it out this January. I can confirm that it worked exactly as advertised. No daily limits or speed throttling, excellent connection all the time. The only minor issue for me was that the instructions for picking up at the airport (Narita) were a bit confusing. Returning on the other hand was super easy.

Easy, convenient and affordable. Have ordered pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless for many years now. I always have it shipped directly to our hotel for pick-up from the front desk. We will definitely continue using their service and recommend it to all of my friends.

Everytime I travel to Japan I rent one or more mobile wifi hubs from Japan Wireless as this keeps my travelling party connected at all times, especially when we get seperated on the ski slopes or in the busy areas of Tokyo.
Wouldn't travel Japan without one!!!
