For our trip to Japan it was important to have good wifi access to permit connection with family and business. The wifi device was delivered to our hotel for our arrival; it worked well in almost all locations of our travel (we moved around Japan on a tour); and it was easy to return the device at the airport on departure. The device was very useful, it lasted for at least 7-8 hours which is enough for a day trip. The service was great for 15 days, there was a little bit of issue on some really crowded space but it recovered. The price was also the best out of the others. Thank you!

Great service, worked perfectly, returns was easy

The hotspot worked flawlessly throughout our 10-day stay. Signal strength/connectivity and battery life supported full-day and evening activities. Never had to use the included battery pack!

Pick-up at the airport was very easy. Everything was explained in the flyer attached. We used the pocket-wifi for two smart-phones an we always had good connection and speed. The device is small and light, fully charged it lasted the whole day. The charger even had another usb slot so we used it to charge the pocket-wifi and our phone in parallel and we didn't need to buy an adapter for our charger. But just in case the package includes a power bank, which we used when we forgot to recharche during the night. It was super convenient to have wifi everywhere you go. We even had wifi on our cruise ship as long as the ship was close to the shore (which was so cool because the on-ship wifi is very expensive). Best thing we had on our trip, and it worked without any problems all the 21 days of our trip. Return was also super easy.

Ik heb een maand lang van noord naar zuid door Japan gereisd. Tokio,
Niko, Yokohama, via Kyoto naar Hiroshima. Ik heb altijd goed bereik gehad en samen met de powerbank was ik er zeker van dat de hele dag zo zou zijn.
Al met al een goede investering. Ik ben er heel tevreden over.
