The device was great had two devices connected at all times and the connection throughout Japan was very reliable. The only downside was the battery that it came with it would run out of juice so we had to use our own external battery charger. Other than that I highly recommend.

We had no problem picking up our Wifi device at Haneda Airport and dropping it off at Kansai Airport. It was very reliable during our two weeks in Japan.

Vi consiglio saponetta wifi, prendeva dappertutto, durata della batteria ottimale tutto il giorno due telefoni connessi e arrivavano in hotel con 30/40% di batteria (avevamo anche power bank in dotazione). Straconsigliato!!

Easy delivery to hotel, flawless wifi everywhere, easy drop off at airport

We rented a WiFi Hotspot for 19 days and everything was five star level, delivery to the hotel, accessories (power bank, cable), plus the easy return process. This made our whole trip so much easier. Thank you very much.
