This is the 4th time I've used Japan Wireless and as always it works like a charm. The first 3 times I had a larger device but the most recent time I got a device half the size which was great! On all of my trips to Japan I've been in super rural areas such as Oga, Akita and the connection is still amazing. The battery life is already good but the extra battery definitely is handy. When I needed to extend my usage, it was just a quick simple email and done. So easy and quick. Would highly recommend them as their rates are hard to beat. As long as you are not streaming or using a whole lot of bandwidth, this is perfect for travelers like myself.

This is the second time I have used a Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless, I ordered the Wi-Fi to the hotel and when I checked it, it was waiting for me at the front desk. Worked amazingly for the 2 weeks I was in Japan, provided service where my roaming did not. Will always this is service when I travel to Japan!

We used pocket wifi from Japan Wireless on our latest trip to Tokyo, and it changed everything. For the first time, we were able to remain in contact with others while away from hotel wifi. Which is most of the time, so it's important. This magical device was in my hotel room when I arrived, setup was very easy, as was ordering. We took the spare battery pack with us,usually, but only used it once, as the device kept its charge for 10-13 hours. I paid about CDN $70.00 for days of absolutely trouble free wifi, and I cannot recommend it enough .I hated slipping the prepaid return envelope into the post box- I was very fond of my pocket wifi!
