From ordering to pick up at airport kiosk and returning was easy. Hassle free and no issues during time used.

Loved the pocket wifi. Lasted all day exploring and evenings watching Netflix and never ran out of data. The added power bank was handy for our phones, but didn't need it for the pocket wifi as the battery lasted a full day. Worth every dollar we spent. Was delivered to our hotel when we arrived and easy to pop in the post at the airport when we left. Highly recommend.

For our 10 days stay in Japan the pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was the best solution. The entire process (pick up at airport, set up, use, return via post) was very easy and user friendly. Never had an issue, we had an internet connection even when travelling by metro. 10/10

The pocket Wifi arrived in time at my friend's place, was easy to connect and worked absolutely fine. The battery lasted a whole day long so I didn't need to use the powerbank. Next time in Japan I will do it exactly the same way.

羽田空港のカウンターでの手続きから返却まで全てが簡単でスムーズにできてとてもよかったです。日本での10日間とても重宝させてくださいました。ありがとうございます。あえて言えば、1人に一台づつ借りた方がよかったと思います。日本語のできない娘と一時帰国しましたが、2回逸れてしまって連絡が付かなくヒャットしたことがあったので2台持っていればこんな事はなかったとおもいます。次に帰国する際も是非利用させてください。金額的にも手頃な価格で大変良かったと思います。

Japan Wireless is a must have when traveling in Japan easy to use and was so helpful when we needed it! Great service with no issues at all

It's a great production, easy to use with extremely fast download speeds.
I travelled extensively in the South West of Japan and had good coverage everywhere.
The only negative criticism is the terrible, low quality instructions that comes in the pack. The writing is very small and blurred because itlooks like a photocopy of a photo copy.. So bad, that I had to phone the company for assistance.
It is an easy fix. Other than that I was very happy with the service.

Had our wifi delivered to our hotel. We were provided with tracking details so we knew it would be there. It was exceptionally easy to set up. Worked 100% of the time. Came with charger, powerbank, cord, bag etc. Highly recommended and will be using again
