We came from America and went all over Japan. Ordering the wifi and picking it up was very simple. Japan wireless had great communication leading up to our arrival. The wireless pack and battery pack worked excellent and ensured our phones were always connected and we were able to always use our maps.

I've used Japan Wireless several times now, and it's a great experience every time. Both the normal and Premium pocket wifis have been reliable and great to use.

Where ever I was in Japan, I was able to connect my cell phone, iPod and notebook PC. Multiple device connected no problem. Extra battery provided connected with short wire was essential for long use. It worked all day. I made sure I charged it before I went to bed. Big thanks to Premium Wi-Fi.

Wifi connection was reliable and fast and it worked as expected.

Easy to use and can connect multiple devices. The speed is good, too. My kids were able to watch kids YouTube without any issues while I was doing my own thing. Reasonable price.
