In Japan for 1 week, didn’t want to pay the international roaming. This was a great alternative and allowed for texting, wifi calling, FaceTime, google maps, you name it. Highly recommended!

Overall, pleased with experience. Our order was at our hotel when we arrived and finding a post box at Haneda airport for returning was easy. Service seemed to work well with multiple devices (shared with our group of 4) and never had issues with speed. Battery did seem to only last half a day, so it was helpful having the included battery pack. Would highly recommend and will use again when we are in Japan.

Wireless router was easy to pick up and set up. It enhanced our free international plan from our carrier without interruption and had great connection. Return to the nearest mailbox was also very convenient.

Very seamless process, delivered to the hotel -waiting on me when I arrived and mailed back in the envelope provided. The hotspot worked everywhere we travelled.

Always very reliable and I have had no issues during my stay in Japan. Slightly expensive with insurance but excellent connection during my stay. I wish they would offer discounts for repeat customers but may be in the future.
