The whole process was very simple even for a mature man like myself (I’m 68) the Wi-Fi worked perfectly everywhere I went.
I would thoroughly recommend this product every time and will certainly use it again myself on my next visit.

Simple to use, reliable, good value for money!

We absolutely loved using portable WiFi supplied by Japan Wireless for our recent 3 week trip to Japan. The process of collecting it at our accomodation upon arrival was seamless and the coverage was excellent throughout all the areas we visited. The convenience of popping it in the post box at the airport prior to departure was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Good connection, more than enough battery. Pickup and drop off at Haneda. Great choice for a small group travelling together.

I was looking for a pocket wi-fi service that wouldn't throttle my speeds since I'm a pretty data-hungry user.
After using Japan Wireless for my recent two-week trip, I can confirm that the speed and connection was consistent (even out in the countryside) and my speeds were not throttled.

As always everything was working fine. But this time we received a newer Wi-Fi device and there instances where it asks about switching network so not sure what is the effect of that and it was slow at times but I don’t know if the cause is switching network

We chose the Premium package for our family trip to Japan. Very reliable and fast internet with no restrictions at night, across cities in Japan from Sapporo to Mt Fuji. Easy pick up from airport upon arrival and drop off before departure. The extra power bank was useful. Highly recommended and would use again.

It was so useful when traveling around the country - especially when my friends lost reception. And a single charge lasted the whole day (we mostly used it for internet searches and map gps - no video streaming)

But it was a comfort having the spare battery just in case
