First time trying Japan Wireless and also using a pocket WiFi. Pickup was easy once I found the desk at Narita Airport. Device worked great, no problems. Battery power bank was also helpful when out for long periods. Initially I thought that carrying around a pocket WiFi and power bank would be cumbersome, but actually it wasn’t that bad. Return at Narita Airport was really easy. I would use this service again in the future.

Easy pick-up, and wifi worked everywhere! We accidentally left our bag on the train with the router in it, and contacted support. They were quick to answer questions and ship out a replacement router. We got our bag back later and returned both routers. Would order from here again!

Our first time to rent pocket wifi from Japan Wireless and the process of renting and returning the unit was easy. We will definitely use their service again the next time we visit Japan.

Smooth and easy pick up and drop off. Great customer service. Excellent network coverage at all the areas we visited (Tokyo, Kawaguchiko,Kyoto, Osaka, Nakatsugawa area). Power bank included (very useful).
