Easy to use and no hassle returns

Was in Tokyo in Oct 2024. It worked so well and loved having the extra battery to charge it in case I was low while I was out

We reserved it online and picked it up in Haneda, all was smooth, it's easy to use, the battery lasts easy 15 hours full use. Good speed. Very satisfied

Everything went extremely well ! No problem picking up the box and getting it to work. During our 2-weeks trip we had no issue at all and returning it also went great. Next time in Japan we'll get it again without a doubt.

With Japan-Wireless Premium Wifi we could stay connected with our familiy at home during our journey in Japan. And it helped us a lot to navigate using google map and also with translation of japanese to german.
