Easy to use and connect

The connection and speed is stable however, the battery life is about 6hrs only...there is a battery power bank that goes with the package to extend battery life. Thank you.

This was the third time we have used the pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless. We have been very satisfied with the service and reliability of the device.

The hardest part was actually finding the desk in NRT while jetlagged. Everything else was super smooth! Coverage throughout Tokyo was excellent and the battery lasts almost one whole day, but you have the supplied spare battery too. Even with four of using it, the throughput was usually excellent.

The mailer was easy to use and we just dropped off at the mailbox in NRT.

Overall easy to use, easy to buy and easy to return. Japan Wireless will get my business again on my next trip to Japan!

I had a great experience with Japan Wireless! I had my Wifi box kit sent to my hotel, and it greeted me upon checkin. The Wifi worked great, even when I traveled to more remote areas in Japan. Wound highly recommend this service!

So easy and worked perfectly!
Collection and drop off couldn’t have been easier. Service and connectivity worked really well over the two weeks using it full time for Sat nav and a teenager streaming in the car. Service only dropped out when up a mountain other than that really good. Battery life was good and lasted a day. Would recommend and would use again.

We picked up the pre-paid pocket wifi at Narita airport, very smooth transaction, turned it on and connected our 2 iPhones to it. It connected straight away and stayed that way for the next 3 weeks until we dropped it off at the post box inside Haneda airport. Worked perfectly, highly recommended and we'd use Japan Wireless again without hesitation
