Convenient, easy, and reliable

Ordered online and picked up Japan Wireless pocket wifi from Haneda Airport. Easy to use with great coverage all over Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Battery life is good all day and there is a spare battery supplied if needed. Convenient to drop off in the mailbox at Haneda airport. I've now used Japan Wireless twice - would highly recommend.

Excellent wifi coverage, great customer service!

The wifi worked great everywhere in Kyushu. We did have a minor problem but they immediately got back to us the next day and it worked. This was our second time using Japan Wireless.

Convenient that it is delivered to the hotel, and easy to return through postage paid envelop. The only thing on this past rental, it was 4G speed. Thought my previous rental was 5g speed, so little slower on downloading data for work

We always order our portable WiFi from Japan Wireless. It is always waiting for us at the hotel when we check in and we simply return it in the provided postage paid envelope by dropping it off in a Mail Drop box which has been close to our hotel or at the train station. When we had a question in the past they were quick to respond and provided excellent service.

Ordered this online, the pick up and drop off at the airport was very convenient. The price is amazing and it did all we required during our stay in Japan, very handy fro Google Maps and transalate, getting around.

What a great device! Made our navigation throughout the country seem less. My entire family connected to the device all day with no problems. Battery lasted all day 10+ hours! Perfect for travellers

The wireless we hired worked very well for the entire time we were in Japan. And had a good battery life. Although the battery bank was a handy backup for long days if we hadn't charged the night before. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from Japan wireless again. easy to collect and easy to return! 10/10

Easy to pick up and drop off. The device had to rebooted a couple times within the first few days of use, but after that, it had no problems. Long battery life and all accessories were included. Would use again.
