Reliable internet during my two week trip!

He talked to a lot of people and did a lot of research and we knew that we really wanted our Wi-Fi to work excellently while in Japan. Japan wireless did not disappoint. It was superb. Our phones were actually faster than they are in the United States. Translation was flawless Internet research was flawless. We used AI extensively and the Japan wireless system was great. There were two people heavily connected to the device the whole time. It is definitely important to carry the power bank with you as after about four hours of continuous usage while walking around Japan, I needed to plug in the power bank, but with the power bank plugged in the wireless device lasted all the way until we return to our hotel around nine or 10 PM in the evening. I highly recommend this device. And it is extremely easy to return at the airport using the instructions provided.

This small but powerful personal WiFi was absolutely the best money spent while in Tokyo and Kyoto. The only time we couldn’t get a signal (and that only lasted a short time) was when we were at Mt. Fuji and it was snowing! Totally recommend.

Worked wonderfully pretty much everywhere we went, even most of the mountains, and the included extra battery pack was definitely necessary and helpful.

We were never without service. It was dependable especially in the train stations. Will definitely purchase again!

Great coverage, easy to use

Super easy to use and the WiFi is fast. Perfect for our family of 4. Charge lasted about 10-12 hours. The included battery pack is nice for extended days but we mostly used our own as it has more capacity and we didn’t want to carry multiple battery packs.

I got this for my first trip to Japan. This device was amazing I used it 12-15 hours with one charge. I have great service no matter when I went in Tokyo and in the Disney parks. I was able to make wifi calls with no issue and clear as a bell. Highly recommend this company.
