Throughout my trip to Japan for 14 days, I have used this WiFi. The whole experience of picking up until I drop off, it was seamless and super easy. Also, speaking of using it, it was so simple to use this Wireless WiFi. Just charge as your mobile phone and one button to turn it ON/OFF. That's it. It was that simple, it connects to the network automatically same as our SIM card. Everything was given along with the instruction manual (Just in case if you need it).

I highly recommend this for your next Japan trip.

Easy pickup and drop off at Haneda, had great service throughout our trip!

My family rented 3 pocket WiFis from Japan Wireless for 2 weeks. We arranged for the pocket WiFis to be picked up at our accommodation and they were ready by the time we arrived to our hotel. The pocket WiFis were simple to set up using the instructions provided. Reception was not perfect as there were a few times my party had to switch to one others pocket WiFi for reception, but it was acceptable. We did noticed that we sometimes lose reception while riding the train and we couldn’t rely google maps to tell us where we were. This is fine as long as you pay attention to the trains route and stops to find where you are. The pocket WiFis lasted most of the day with regular use(we mainly used Google Maps for navigation). They do get a bit warm after some use and my family didn’t mind as we traveled during the winter and sometimes used them as handwarmers! Drop off was able simple; the company provided a self addressed/paid envelope to put the pocket WiFi and battery package into and we just dropped it off in the mailbox at the airport. I would recommend Japan Wireless if you are looking for a pocket WiFi.

I rented a Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless and picked it up at Narita Airport Terminal 1. Of the 11 days I had the pocket Wifi there were only 2 minor hiccups, and I mean minor...finding the pick-up location and drop-off location. My family and I traveled with the device throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nagoya without any drop or reduction of service whatsoever. Upon dropping off the device, I received an 2 email notifications one was confirming receipt of the device and the second was to confirm there were no damages. When we make it back to Japan, we will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again and will definitely suggest it to our friends.

Highly recommend! Very reliable and much cheaper than other cellular service options. Pick up and drop off at Haneda airport were seamless. We used it for our family of 5, and the device was worked well during our entire, recent trip in Japan. Also, it is very light to carry around.
