I'm glad I ordered this for my trip! Upon check-in at my hotel, the package was already there. It worked perfectly fine during my stay. Return was easy as I just threw it in the post box. Thank you!

My husband and I used Japan wireless for a two week trip. It was an easy process throughout from pickup to drop off. Highly recommend for phone usage throughout the country and we'd use Japan wireless again for our next trip.

My wifi connection was mostly great. (A couple of times in a two-week period of my stay in Japan, I did not have a stable connection.)

Sempre un buon servizio di ritiro e consegna, in questo caso in aeroporto. Il kit ha tutto l'occorrente come sempre, ma rispetto agli anni precedenti per 15 giorni di utilizzo c'è stato un lieve rincaro, ho notato che è stato sostituito il dispositivo WiFi con un modello differente con cui mi sono trovato abbastanza bene, a parte qualche occasione in cui perdeva il segnale anche se mi trovavo all'aperto ma era sufficiente un riavvio per risolvere il problema.
