I purchased this product (pocket Wi-Fi) for 4 days in Japan and it was the best experience. I’m not a tech savvy person and I never used pocket WiFi before so this is a beginner friendly honest review. Picked up the device at the airport and immediately activated it for use. It was simple to use and I got full internet coverage for multiple devices that (in my experience) never was spotty or had any problems. The battery life was also good with an overnight charge lasting the whole day, though it mainly only had to service my cellphone during the day as I was out and about doing things. The only critique was that the return instructions were very confusing and in full blown Japanese. I ended up just going into a post office and getting help at the front desk. Perhaps consider an airport return option similar to the airport pickup option. Otherwise it was a great product and would definitely get again when I’m visiting Japan!

2nd time to use to use this wifi! I love how it has it’s own powerbank, the battery life is also long! First time used last 2023, then did again last Feb 2025. I love how affordable it is and how convenient is to get and return it. Will use this everytime I visit Japan! ❤️

If you find yourself in Japan, you'll need one of these. It worked amazingly and NO issues at all. The process was easy both to pick up the device and return it. I highly recommend.

Super fast connection. We used the pocketwifi the whole daw. It comes with powerbank but never siya nalowbat sa amin. From 8am till 9pm namin gamit.
Easy to pick up and return to Kansai Airport.
