I was very happy with the premium wireless wifi. Battery lasted all day for three casual users and speeds were very good. Collection and return were very simple

We used the premium wifi with 5 of us having access across 3 weeks. It was easy to collect and return and the wifi worked well throughout the trip. You get everything you need including a carry case, charger and power bank. We will definitely use this again when we return to Japan next year!

The device did great although sometimes I needed to switch it off and on again to maintain a good connection.

We used Japan Wireless Pocket WIFI for our month-long trip to Japan and I am so happy we did! The whole process was so easy. I ordered it online and it was sent to our hotel in Kyoto and was waiting for us when we arrived. We used it every day on the trip and it was such a life saver to have flawless internet access 24/7. On our last day we dropped it in a mailbox at the airport. It could not have been easier, and VERY affordable! We live in Hawaii and our friends go to Japan all the time. I’m definitely going to be telling them to use Japan Wireless when they are there.

Good service throughout Japan.

We received excellent detailed information for pickup and drop off. The unit worked well for our entire 8 day trip and we did not run into any issues. We used them for our first trip and then again for this one and we’re not disappointed. Thank you!

Collected the Pocket WiFii at Haneda, used it all over Japan for 2 weeks. No issues, always had connectivity. Drop off at Hanida Airport postal box. Definitely recommend for seamless service.

My second time using Japan Wireless. Very detailed instructions as to where to pick up and return the router. Pick up was super easy and fast. Connection for 3 phones was good. Communication with the company was great too. They responded quickly. I’ll definitely go with Japan wireless again.
