Easy pick up, easy to use, and easy drop off. Clear instructions. Did not have any issues.

Great service. Pick up was easy and so was drop off. With 5 people this was the best option. Had wifi right from the time we pick up the unit outside customs till we dropped it off before going back through security on our flight home. Regular phone service for texting and internet was good enough to get us through customs. Was worried about having no internet as soon as we arrived and in reality that was not even an issue. With a group of people this is definitely the way to go instead of individual sim cards.

The WiFi unit works well and the cost is good. Picking up and returning is simple enough.
The one issue was that the supplied charger and cable didn’t work well and I needed to use my own.
