The service was great, the wifii never stopped working, they battery lasts so long that you barely need to use the portable recharger. Everything so smooth and being able to send it back right before boarding the plane is perfect for having it the whole trip. Super!

The pick up process for smooth and easy. The unit itself, charging cord, pouch and instructions were all included. The unit was very easy to use and I was able to connect everywhere I visited. I had no issues at all. Returning the item was very simple as well. I was able to mail the item and accessories at the mailbox in the airport. I would recommend using this service to friends and family and when I go back to japan I would most definitely make a reservation again.

Japan wireless pocket wifi worked great for our two week visit to Japan. The product was waiting for us at our first hotel, set up was easy, product worked well and airport drop off in post box at the end of our visit was super convenient. Highly recommend.

great experience, constant coverage from osaka to tokyo, also very useful the powerbank included. I booked the pick up at the hotel. The return is very simple with a pre-filled envelope, it was enough to post it in a mailbox before leaving.
