We relied on this our whole 2 week trip around Sapporo. It was great to have and worked well for most of our time. We had trouble charging it if we ever had to use the mobile battery pack. It seemed like it only actually charged via outlet. But we made it work by keeping it plugged in each night. We also had network issues a couple times but we were able to reset it for a better connection a couple times. Overall I would get this product again and recommend it to others. It was very helpful!

Easy Pick up, and constant internet connection throughout the whole trip was great. This is my second time using Japan Wireless and I am very satisfied with it. Should I visit Japan again (Maybe next year). I will 100% book again.

We used Japan Wireless portable wifi for 5 weeks in May/June this year. I have to say it was an excellent experience allowing us to connect anywhere we were in Japan. I highly recommend this company for your internet needs. It provides instructions for easily connecting multiple devices to one portable wifi, includes a recharging battery as well which is great for peace of mind, although we didn’t ever need to use it. We had no issues with our wifi dropping out, it worked everywhere we travelled. Very easy to collect at the airport ( after pre ordering on line) and also to return to postbox at the airport before our departure. This truly is a great product and recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan.

I rented premium wifi for 1.5 wks and I found it to be very helpful. The device and battery pack does get hot, but I never had any issues with it. It was an easy return but I did have difficulty finding where to pick up. They were kind enough to send to my hotel room the next day.

The pocket WIFI is very helpful when navigating Japan. The internet connection was amazing anywhere you go. Travelling makes it easy when searching for places to go around the country. Thank you!

Amazing portable wifi, strong network, long battery life. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Japan. Wifi connection was weak at times but overall it got the job done during our one week trip to Japan.
