Viajábamos un grupo de 6 personas y usamos el router para estar conectados durante el viaje por Japón. No tuvimos problemas de cobertura durante el viaje y el router aguantaba bien todo el día. En alguna ocasión usamos la batería suplementaria que venía con el router. La entrega en el hotel y la devolución en un buzón de correos se realizó sin ningún problema. Totalmente recomendable

Super easy to pick up at the airport. Simple directions in the envelope. Worked great most of the time. Only issue was on the bullet train although I suspect that would be true for any carrier? Overall, very happy and would use again.

This make our trip to Japan so much easier. Traveling from one cities to another with this mobile wifi was great.

From pick up to drop off and everything in between having this pocket WiFi was perfect. We were able to have our family of 5 use it at the same time although we rented 2 devices so we would have more freedom to separate during our vacation. Cost was low enough for this.

Having the Japan Wireless device with us during our trip was worth every yen. From big cities to mountain towns to isolated places with no residents, it allowed us use our phones for communication and for internet access. The whole process of rental, pickup, and return, is easy and well thought-out by the company.

This is our 2nd time using Japan Wireless pocket wifi. Very compact to carry on in your purse. No need to worry about Wifi anywhere we go. This pocket wifi connected all 4 of our devices with stong connection.
I love how it was delivered at our hotel and how convenient to drop off at postbox in the airport. Will definitely be using this service again!
