It was worry free to have this pocket wifi with me for 24 hours. The reception was strong and i had a smooth traveling with this unlimited plan. I’m going to ordering again when I go on another trip to Japan. I would recommend to everyone!

Just pick it up at the airport, turn it on and you are good to go. Had 1 issue with it and they sent me a new one to my hotuthe same day i reported it. Love it. Will use it again and again

Nothing to say, it's very easy to use. We never had connections issues, it really reliable.
There is an extra battery we never used to be honest.

Had no detectable interruptions while on Iwoto. The island is very remote so this was very good to have available.

Loved it! I arrived to Tokyo around 9pm, so I had the device delivered to my hotel. It was at the hotel as I checked in at 1130pm! Set up was extremely easy! I was connected all day without any issues for about 8 days. I would suggest bringing a backup powerbank to recharge, just in case. My travel buddies were using eSim and eventually ran out of load around day 5, so they started connecting to my device for the remainder of the trip. Airport drop was very convenient! Will definitely be using this service again and I highly recommend you use Japan Wireless on your next trip to Japan! Happy travels!
