The Premium WIFI worked very well across all the areas we travelled within Japan, It was delivered as requested and it had all the required information to return it. The spare battery provided also came in very handy. A very well thought out product offering which covered all my roaming needs.

Our phones are not suitable e-sims so I ordered the portable Wifi from Japan Wireless. When we arrived at our first hotel, in Tokyo, the package was waiting for us. Very easy to set up and connect to both our phones. An overnight charge covered us for the whole of the next day. It came with a power pack but we never needed it. Excellent connectivity - just a couple of brief outages when we were deep in the subway. Returning via a post box in Haneda airport was also simple. Highly recommended.

My family rented two hotspots for our two week trip to Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka. The pick up and drop off was very easy and we had great bandwidth, even in the countryside during day trips. We def will rent again on our next trip to Japan.
