We visited Japan in our vacation and we needed some network. It was fast and worked well. Everyone could enjoy net free and use it how you like. Would recommend and definitely use again. We were 7 and we had one pocket WiFi from the house we rented but if u are more than 4 then I would recommend to maybe order 2 pocket WiFi instead of 1 since it’s nice to split up some time

Wifi service and customer service are always excellent. I would not consider using any other service in Japan.

Was really good only thing is battery died quite fast but they do give you a power bank that helps other than that works really well and easy to connect to
