The wireless was reasonably priced, reliable, and customer service was responsive and helpful. The included extra battery was a great bonus. Will definitely use again.

I used both this portable Wi-Fi router and cellular roaming over the course of my most recent trip, and in my opinion the data coverage and service from the Japan Wireless portable Wi-Fi router was superior to my cell plan's roaming. This device uses SoftBank's network, and we had no lapse in coverage as we moved from Tokyo to Kyoto and back, by bus, train, and shinkansen. Customer service was helpful and thorough and contacted me to make sure my Wi-Fi router was delivered to the correct airport terminal post office for my flight into Narita! Pick up was easy, and drop off was even easier. I would recommend using their portable Wi-Fi router on your next trip to Japan!

This is definitely the way to go if you want to travel to Japan. The internet is fast and reliable, and supported two connections for the entire trip. The battery pack provided was much appreciated. Definitely would purchase again.

Always reliable. Did not have pouch in the items delivered to me. A pouch would have helped keep the cords contained. Otherwise, it is a goos ervice to have while traveling.
