Everything was perfect from pick up to drop off (both at the airport). We didn't have to use the mobile battery, but it was comfortable to know it was there in case of need.

We had super fast speeds & steady wifi signal throughout our 2 week trip from Tokyo to Kyoto. This box delivers in spades. Highly recommend it.
