A great device to help out with internet needs whilst in Japan! There were very very few drop outs and very few areas without service. The Wi-Fi was fast, consistent, and reliable and we would have been lost without it. Thankyou!

Pocket wifi is brilliant and I absolutely loved my rental from Japan Wireless. The unit was at my hotel's front desk when I arrived to check in, and I used the pre-addressed postage paid envelope to drop it into the mailbox at the airport before my flight home. I had wireless internet access the entire time during my trip and I traveled from Kyoto, to Seto, to Gifu, to Takayama and Tokyo. The only time the signal dropped out was when I was travelling through a tunnel on the highway. I would definitely rent again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

The system to collet and drop the pocket wifi was excellent, very convenient. My only suggestion will be to replace the battery charger as it was not in good conditions for a full charge of the device

Everything went well.. very easy to order online, the package was at the hotel upon arrival, the instructions are easy and it was great for all of us - we were a group of 7 - to be connected to the same wi-fi. The drop off instructions are also very clear. I recommend Japan Wireless.

I can only suggest to try it. It is very useful.

From the pick up right from our hotel to the drop off at a mailbox, this was the best decision we made. Out kit even came with a portable charger and all necessary power cords. Even better, the service was great!
