Simply amazing

The delivery to the hotel where we stayed was without any difficulties.
It was super easy to use the device. The enclosed manual has answered all open questions.
We used to charge the device over night and had a battery life time of 10 - 12 hrs a day (2 smartphones connected).
The return by means of the enclosed stamped envelope worked out very well. Just put it in the next mailbox and you're done.

It has been perfect, aslways on-line. We never experience any problem. The power bank has been very helpful as well in the late afternoon/evening while we were still around in town. We have been in different places in Japan and the wifi was Always with us, to help find what we needed.

This is my fourth time renting a pocket Wi-Fi from Japan wireless. They are a great company and great customer service and 100% reliable all the time. I’ve never had any problems and I will continue to use them again and again.

I had the device delivered to the hotel we were staying so already upon arrival set with internet access. The we just dropped it in a mailbox at departure airport - swift and easy.
Connection was stable wherever we went and speed was vood.

We did not have any problem, every thing worked perfectly fine.

Easy to use, absolutely necessary to be connected 24/24.
