We have used Japan wireless 2-3 times in the past after researching 3-4 other companies. Their service was fast and the least expensive. Easy pick-up and return. Everything promised was delivered. We even had to cancel once 1 day before pick up and they refunded fully without hassle. They are fair priced, stress free, Japan wifi!

Customer service was excellent. Item was received at hotel exactly on time, and they were very accommodating with my travel plans being changed. Speed was great everywhere I used it, battery lasted all day (turning phone wifi off when not needed).
