Worked without fault and as described. We had four devices with constant connection and great speed. Pickup and returned at Narita post office and the postal workers are familiar with the service. Highly recommend.

Great service. Fast delivery. The wifi worked exactly as expected. Unlimited data was a must during my trip. Having the wifi provided relief when I couldn't speak the language or find directions. The wifi came with everything needed and the battery was able to last most of the day. I'd have to charge it with the portable power brick, but overall I'd pick up this wifi again on my next trip.

This WiFi is perfect for foreign travelers! I honestly have no clue what I would have done without I. The battery life is superb and is easily transportable. 10/10!

Japan Wireless is a great company. My son used their pocket wifi while studying in Tokyo and once he needed it replaced and they took care of it immediately through their website. When I went to visit him, I picked up my pocket wifi at the airport with ease and it worked great! Returning it was even easier. I would definitely recommend them. I know I will use them again when I return.

The device worked great, easy setup, and enabled us to keep in touch with family and share our holiday photos while on the move. Good coverage, even out on the cruise boat of close to land.

Hatten es für 2 Wochen ausgeliehen ! Abholung dauerte etwas ,da viele Touristen anstanden.Die Rückgabe war problemlos ,da das Teil und die mitgelieferten Teile nur im mitgelieferten Umschlag in den Briefkasten musste.Es funktionierte einwandfrei ! Waren in Tokyo und Kyoto!! Leicht zum einrichten und die mitgelieferte Powerbank gab Sicherheit niemals ohne Internet zu sein ! Toll und auf jeden Fall wieder ,bei einem Trip durch Japan
