Exactly as what you’d expect!

Japan-wireless is a great Wifi connection. We used it at all times during our visit in Tokyo . Good service and easy to locate in Narita terminal 2. I totally recommend this Wifi.

as device is doing the job pretty well. However it heats up when in use so don’t bury it at bottom of a bag to avoid overheating

The speed was ok. Definitely not 187 Mbps, even in the city center of Sapporo.

This was an easy process to rent the device, use it all throughout Japan and return at mailbox in airport. The wi-fi service worked everywhere and was great. Would recommend this company and use them again.

Fast and unlimited, very good price too

Renting this device was some of the best money we spent while in Japan. Although most hotels have WiFi, we found this service most beneficial when navigating around the country. Google maps and translate were our life blood while in country and we always had access thanks to this device. Yes, you can get an international plan, but this was actually cheaper for us.

The entire experience was easy - and the device held battery really well. We will definitely use this again during our next visit!

The WIFI was fast, however my unit got very hot everyday. The battery didn't last all day either. It is important to carry the backup charger that is included in the rental package. Unit was delivered to my hotel the day before and return at Haneda Airport was easy.
