My Japan Wireless portable WiFi enabled me to stay connected with home and work during my recent trip to Tokyo. The customer service was also excellent when I had to delay returning my device due to travel delays... I highly recommend Japan Wireless for portable internet needs while in Japan

Excellent service and smooth collection / return

Excellent service from Japan wireless. We came during the World Cup, a period when they were very busy and it arrives with no issues (it was actually early!). Myself and four friends used it with no problems at all and at the end of the trip we got an email saying we could use it for as long as we wanted if our flight was delayed at no extra charge. Excellent service, I would highly recommend Japan Wireless to everyone

Great value, easy to use. Works everywhere. Unlimited data. Japanese wireless were excellent. Device was waiting in the hotel on my arrival. Returning was easy, just pop in the nearest postbox.
