Didn’t disappoint as always

Went to Japan twice using this service. Easy instructions for pickup and return. I just ship it to my hotel. Drop off at the airport mailbox in Terminal 3. Compact device comes with the charging cord, and plug in adapter. The charge lasts all day for me even when I’m out from morning til night. WiFi connection is good everywhere I go!

Wifi worked well everywhere I went in Japan. On some subway stations it looses connection, but quickly picks back up once u are in range of towers above ground. Definately useful for travel in japan. Had to charge wifi every day as we were 4 users connected at any one time, but speed was good and good coverage.

Everything worked perfectly.

Ease of use great signal. Made our trip to the tokyo dome very convenient.we were there for Tanahashi retirement. Drop off and pick up were very easy.

I hired a pocket WiFi that came with a cable and portable battery in a handy pouch. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, I missed the return post box before airport security in Japan, so I had to send the device back via international recorded delivery at my own cost. I also had to pay for the portable battery, as it couldn’t be returned by post. This was completely my fault, though I do wish there had been another return option after security. Despite this, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use it again — and I won’t make the same mistake next time.

Used this for our 12 day trip to Japan. Was super easy picking it up from the airport and getting it going before we left out so we could use Google maps to catch the train. It came with everything you need to keep it charged. Had no issues since me and my husband stayed together the whole trip. Just kept it in our backpack. Would definitely purchase again when I get a chance to go back.
